KIIT University: Technology Business Incubator (TBI) and Spin-offs
KIIT University has established the KIIT Technology Business Incubator (KIIT-TBI) as its primary platform to support startups, spin-offs, and entrepreneurial ventures. Launched in 2008–2009 as an initiative of KIIT and supported by the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, KIIT-TBI is a registered Not-for-Profit Section 25 Company

Aligned with the Government of India’s Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), KIIT Technology Business Incubator (KIIT-TBI) supports early-stage startups with seed capital, mentorship, and market access. KSCE Hosts Talk on AI & Sustainable Construction Innovation On 18.01.2024, KIIT’s Civil Engineering department hosted an industrial talk on AI-driven structural optimization, led by Mr. Kiran Kakde. The session highlighted green construction practices, patented technologies like Direct Stress Path Mapping, and the future PAAS model. It fostered awareness about sustainability, tech, and modernization in engineering.
