Anti-discrimination and Anti-harassment policies

The KIIT Deemed to be University has anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies

The clause 3.1 of Working Guidelines of the University states that ‘In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at KIIT Deemed to be University will be based on merit, qualifications and abilities’. The University does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin or disability.

Employees with questions or concerns about discrimination in the workplace are encouraged to bring these issues to the attention of the authorities. Employees can raise concerns and make reports without any fear. Anyone found to be engaging in unlawful discrimination will be subjected to disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
